Paddock Privacy Policy

Paddock is operated by Autumn Sun LLC (“Paddock,” “we,” “us”). This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and how long we keep it. Paddock provides data on the AI agent economy through free dashboards, an API and MCP server, and a subscription research report.
What we collect
We collect a deliberately small amount of data:
Email addresses. When you join a waitlist, submit a service listing request, or subscribe to a paid product, we collect the email address you provide.
Usage logs. When you query the Paddock API or MCP server, we log which tools or endpoints were called and the time of the request. We use this to understand how the product is used and to improve it. We do not log the content of any personal data beyond the query parameters needed to serve your request.
We do not collect names, addresses, or payment card details directly. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe (see below); we never see or store your full card information.
How we use it
We use the data we collect to:
- Provide the services you request (deliver API keys, send reports, respond to listing requests)
- Send you product updates and the communications you signed up for
- Understand and improve how Paddock is used
- Respond to your questions and support requests
We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of third-party service providers to operate Paddock. Each receives only the data needed to perform its function:
- Stripe — payment processing for subscriptions. Stripe collects and stores payment information under its own privacy policy.
- Resend — transactional email delivery (such as sending your API key).
- Beehiiv — newsletter and report email delivery for subscribers.
- Upstash — secure storage of usage logs, API keys, and submitted data.
- Vercel — hosting and infrastructure.
We share data with these providers only to operate the service. We do not share your data with any other third parties except where required by law.
Data retention
We retain email addresses for as long as you have an active relationship with Paddock (an account, a subscription, or a waitlist entry), and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping. Usage logs are retained on a rolling basis for product analytics. You can request deletion of your data at any time (see below).
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from any Paddock email using the link in that email. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. If you have a paid subscription, you can manage or cancel it at any time through the customer portal linked in your welcome email.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including HTTPS for all traffic and access-controlled storage. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the limited data we hold.
